Coverage Period:

This Extended Warranty covers the device for a total of 3 years from the original purchase date, extending the standard 1-year warranty offered by DG Brain.

Scope of Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The following are included in the coverage:

• Manufacturing defects affecting the device’s functionality
• Malfunctions or failures arising from internal component defects
• Electrical or mechanical failures due to design or production errors

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
• Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., water, fire, or extreme temperatures).
• Issues arising from the use of the device in non-recommended conditions or with third-party accessories.

Warranty Service:

If a covered defect is discovered during the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer or authorized service center, at no charge to the customer. If a replacement is necessary, the replacement device may be refurbished or new, at the company's discretion.

Claim Process:

To initiate a claim, the customer must contact our customer service at support@dgbrain.net, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue. An authorized service center will assess the device and determine if it is eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty.

Limitations of Liability:

This warranty does not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the device. The maximum liability of the company will not exceed the original purchase price of the device.
